Thanks to a few YouTubers creating videos saying there’s going to be a Dress To Impress St Patrick’s update, the DTI community has been buzzing with excitement.
But are we getting an update for St Patrick’s Day? Keep on reading to find out!
The last proper update we had in Dress To Impress, was the Valentine’s update, which launched February 8th.
The update was split into two, across the 8th and the 15th of February, with Style Showdown launching March 1st.
It’s been a while since we had any sneak peeks or news regarding Dress To Impress, which is unheard of, as we always have an update or new launch to look forward to, but right now, there’s nothing in the pipeline that we know about.
If you watch DTI videos on YouTube, you’ll have seen some clickbait thumbnails surrounding a St Patrick’s Day update, with YouTubers showing items that are supposedly launching in the Dress To Impress St Patrick’s Day Update, like dolls, dresses and hats.
Well, due to the clickbait videos, there’s been a flurry of people asking in the DTI Discord, when this update is coming, and DTI had to make a statement to address it.
Is There Going To Be A Dress To Impress St Patrick’s Update?
No.
”Just to be clear, we haven’t been planning a St. Patrick’s Day update. Right now, the Dress To Impress Team is focusing on community feedback and a very special future update!”
When it comes to Dress To Impress updates, I highly recommend following the official DTI X/Twitter account or joining the DTI Discord, so you can keep up to date on official announcements, and official updates.
It was highly unlikely DTI would ever do a St Patrick’s Day Update, as they focus on major holidays and events.
I don’t think we will see a proper update until their Easter now, which will be some time in April.
Although, it would be fun to get a spring update a little earlier, although as the map is already looking spring like, I’m not sure if we’ll even get a spring update before the Easter update.
So, no we are not getting a St Patrick’s Fay update, so please don’t get your hopes up, as it is definitely not happening. Not this year, anyway.

I think it would also be cool to have a more small “updates”. Like St. Patricks is not such a huge holiday as Halloween but it still would have been nice to have an “update” with a few items for this. I know usual update takes a lot of work, but mayne dti could have done it it like with Chinese New Year (a few code items).
There are a lot of holidays that are huge only in specific countries and regions so it doesn’t make sence to make a big update for them, maybe just a small clothing piece or accesory would be nice, it doesn’t take too much work and gives players something between big updates)

I totally agree. We don’t need just the big big updates, we could have themed updates. I saw someone ask for this on Reddit, and their suggestion was like an “alien” update etc, where we’d get a small selection of items themed around a theme, instead of just the seasons like summer, Halloween, winter and Valentines. I’d love to see a small clothing item or accessory for different holidays, it would make the game more appealing to different cultures etc xx
Yes, totally. Or even just a pattern/make up or part of make up (like just lips or lashes) for the theme to buy or get with codes.

Yesss! I so hope they do more stuff like this. I’m already bored of Style Showdown’s limited items (not every theme needs a super short mini dress) I wish they’d do a rack of code items or something, just to mix things up! xx

Ahhh we need to get you that last piece!! I hope they have an Easter update too, it’s such a quiet time of year from now until summer, so it’s the only event left before the middle of summer that they could do! xx
