Dress To Impress Valentine’s Day Update 2025 Reveal

Following the amazing Halloween and Winter updates, everyone is excited about the upcoming Dress To Impress Valentine’s Day update 2025, which is launching February 8th, but this is going to be a two-part update.

This year’s update looks super exciting with a brand new game mode (Style Showdown) brand-new logo, new poses, new clothes, new accessories, new makeup faces, a new quest, new Lana Lore, OVER 200 NEW THEMES, new Robux items, and a whole lot more.

We are also getting a Sabrina Carpenter code from StudioZac with two new items (a piece of clothing and an accessory) and EllaCaroline is getting an influencer code for a new skirt.

The Dress To Impress Valentines Update 2025 will launch on Saturday the 8th of February.

It is going to be part of the new three-part Valentine’s Quest, with the three chapters being called:

• Forbidden Truth
• The Shattered Binds
• Chronicles Of Love

Now, there is some news about the update, as we were supposed to get the new quest and the gameplay mode tomorrow, but we are not getting them both together.

Due to how many amazing things are launching in this update, the DTI team has decided to split the update into two parts, with half of the update launching today (Saturday 8th), and the other half of the update launching next weekend, so people don’t feel overwhelmed.

Whilst this is obviously disappointing, it means we have two weekend updates to be excited about.

The Dress To Impress Valentines Update 2025 launches TODAY, the 8th of February, and will run until Saturday March 8th.

“Cupid has cast a spell upon Dress To Impress! Celebrate V-Day with us in a heart-filled event featuring exclusive designs, enchanting gifts, and SPECIAL surprises for you and your friends!🎀💘“

Just like all the DTI updates, the team has created an event page for the new V-Day update, and you can click “follow” so you’re notified the second the update drops.

As part of Zac’s Valentine’s Update Q&A on Discord, he revealed his code item is coming, and he gave some clues, and the Discord Detectives worked out that the Zac code (which will give us two items) is Sabrina Carpenter related.

A lot of questions and funny memes/GIFs were shared, and it was worked out that it’s likely to be a dress inspired by Sabrina Carpenter, with an accessory, which looks like it could be the duo in the photo above, with the corset dress, and either some garters, or a sparkly coat/towel like Sabrina’s holding.

So, we are going to get one code, and that’ll give us two items – one piece of clothing and one accessory.

He then shared this photo (it is very poor quality as he shared the pic as a tiny square as a joke) as a snippet of the item, and you can see it’s a corset dress / bodice.

It looks beautiful even in this tiny, blurry photo, but I’m so excited we’re getting two items inspired by Sabrina Carpenter.

As well as Zac getting his own code, EllaCaroline is getting her own influencer code within this update, and her code will give you this adorable, super girly skirt, which will have two toggles to choose from.

The default toggle is a bright pink, short, layered ruffle mini-skirt with bows on the sides and little lace-up detailing.

Then, we get another toggle with the skirt, which is a long, asymmetrical layered version with the same bows and lace-up details on the side.

Are We Getting A Limited Time Code In The Dress To Impress Valentine’s Day Update?

We have all been waiting to find out if there was going to be a Valentine’s update limited time code, similar to the Petal Dress in the Winter update, and the Sparkling Resolution Dress in the New Years update.

Well, it’s official. Zac has confirmed that the answer is no, we are not getting any limited time codes this time around

So you don’t need to worry about missing any codes this time around, depending on your time zones.

We will still have two new codes (at least), and that is Zac’s code and Ella’s code.

How Much Currency Do We Need For The DTI Valentine’s Update?

We know we’re definitely getting currency items, and we know we are getting one new pose pack. Zac was asked how much in-game currency we’ll need to purchase the new items in the update.

Zac confirmed “a good chunk”, which is obviously up for interpretation, but others then commented to suggest it could be $10,000+, to be enough to buy the pose pack and buy the new currency items.

So, make sure you are farming as much as possible ahead of the launch time (find the DTI update launch time for your time zone here), and feel free to use my private server for free, to farm extra in-game currency.

The first big news is that the map has been completely redesigned for the Valentine’s Day update.

Look how beautiful and sleek it looks? Everything looks so much more streamlined. Here is what Umoyae announced;

“The image above is just PART of the NEW REWORKED Map. Everything has been organized and easier to navigate. Coming in the Valentines Update.“

We can see another look at the brand-new map right here too.

Everything is a lot more organized, with the clothing and accessories in zones which will make it much easier to find what you want.

We can see all the non-VIP footwear on a semicircle shelf, with boots on the top shelf and non-boots on the second shelf.

I love all the flowers and pretty window panes, and we can see a circular stage near the footwear, similar to the stage for the Brat update.

So, maybe that’s where the seasonal update items will go?

This is an exciting sneak peek, as we can see a brand new item in the game.

This is the rack of hats and headwear in the game, and on the bottom row we can see a purple hair bonnet. There’s also an empty mannequin head on the top, which could be something else completely new…

Here is a look at the revamp of the men’s section too – it looks a lot more streamlined, and a lot less wasted space.

In the Discord, Zac was asked if they’re trying to add more male clothes, and he responded with “we think you guys will be happy with the masculine clothes this update,” which suggests we’re going to get a load of masculine clothing items.

Here we can see a sneak peek of the non-VIP bags, jewelry and accessories. It looks so much more compact.

Now I have a sneak peek of the new VIP room, and wow it is beautiful.

We can see three archways, and that leads to the VIP dressing room, and possibly the hair salon and makeup chairs?

The VIP room also had the two layer circular stage, just like non-VIP, so I reckon this will be where the seasonal items will go (like the Valentines stuff).

You can see a bit more of the new VIP room in this photo, with the tops being recolored for the defaults, so everything isn’t just white anymore.

I love how spaced out everything is. Sometimes VIP feels so crowded, but this is so much better.

In this new DTI map photo you can see the accessories and skirts, and the belts and wings. Again, so nicely spaced out without having to walk too far to find everything.

Let’s start looking at items that are definitely going to feature within the DTI update:

Introducing the new Queen of Hearts Set, which is launching in the update, and this is a Robux set (not a in-game currency set).

Many people did wonder if this outfit would be a bit too revealing for younger players, so by making it Robux items, instead of in-game currency, means that it will only be available for those who want to spend cash on it.

How Much Robux Is The Dress To Impress Queen Of Hearts Set?

The Queen Of Hearts Set is going to be $399 Robux, and you can see it for sale on the Roblox website already, although they don’t recommend purchasing the item until the update, as the price could still change.

The DTI team shared a video of this new set, and wow is it amazing.

We can see the model sat on a black cloud, and it’s been confirmed that the cloud is going to be an item in the update.

So, I think we’re going to get a cloud to use on the runway, and we can change the color of the cloud to suit the outfit, as the pose on the cloud is identical in both images of the black and pink versions of the cloud.

Here’s a look at the platform stiletto boots in the Dress To Impress Queen Of Hearts Set.

They have very high stiletto heels, with a high platform and a pointed toe, and they have a bright red sole (like some of their other shoes).

We can see they’re boots rather than heels or pumps because the boot goes up the leg of the model, but they look like they have a shiny PVC effect on them for a grunge look.

In addition to the Dress To Impress Queen Of Hearts Boots, the set includes a pair of PVC bootleg trousers, with a transparent panel on the thighs, with a black lace-up effect design, and a silver crisscross pattern along the front of the trousers, which goes from the hem upto the waistband.

The trousers have a bootleg cut, which sits nicely on top of the boots, and behind the crisscross panel, there looks to be a sheer panel behind the lace-up detail, almost like tights.

For the top of the Dress To Impress Queen Of Hearts Set, we can see a red PVC corset, which is shaped like flames at the bottom, with a black lace insert, and a gold lace-up design along the middle.

The flame effect carries on around the neck of the corset, and it looks so beautiful.

What’s more, the model is absolutely wearing a brand-new hairstyle we don’t have.

It’s a cute, textured short hairstyle, and the makeup might also be new too!

How Many New Hairs Will Be In The DTI Valentine’s Update?

When asked how many new hairstyles will be getting in this update, Zac replied with “a lot”, so we have lots of new pretty hairstyles to be excited about!

We’ve seen a sneak peek of a couple of them already, like the cute short, slicked back hairstyle in the images for the Queen Of Hearts set.

This is just one of the new hairstyles we’re getting in this update.

We can see his model avatar with a beautiful new hairstyle, with some hair tucked behind one ear, a brand-new makeup look, and the new map in the background.

Also, look, we can definitely see the cloud in the background, so we can use the cloud prop on the runway, but this is non-VIP, so if we do get a cloud item to ride on, it isn’t VIP.

PLUS, look… the model has ears but no earrings, so I am 99% sure we’re getting an ear option without having to wear earrings, which is very exciting.

Here’s a close-up look at the new makeup look. The lips look so cute with the tongue, and the heart shaped eyeshadow is so pretty.

The eyes look so sparkly too, with the winking expression.

The makeup look was created by @asaqin_ (Dory) and the hairstyle was created by @heelgutz.

Here are the absolutely stunning new patterns launching in the Dress To Impress Valentine’s Day Update 2025,

We are getting twenty new Valentine’s Day patterns in the update, which is incredible.

These patterns were designed by @.Xyle Artist (BugALiciaz).

Look how incredible they are, with lace, animal print, floral, and stunning love themed designs.

We have been shown these brand new shoes launching in the update.

They appear to be a rework of the Mary Jane heels, with ribbed socks. I don’t know if they are just brand new shoes, as an addition to the Mary Jane heels we already have.

I honestly think they’re a rework/replacement rather than a new separate pair of heels, but they look so cute regardless.

We are getting a brand new baseball cap. We do already have one already, but it’s very simple with stars on it.

This new version looks like a leather finish baseball cap, with a snapback, and curved brim at the front.

You can also see that there’s going to be at least be two toggles, allowing you to wear it forwards, or wear it backwards which is really cool.

Speaking of hats, here’s a better look at the new hair bonnet launching in the update.

It’s a hair bonnet typically worn for sleep, to protect naturally curly and coily hairstyles.

We can also see a brand new pair of lips and eyes in this image too. So this is showing us some of the new makeup elements that will be coming too.

On from the new custom makeup elements, we’re going to be getting some facial hair elements too. It looks like they could be accessories we put on, rather than being something you add during the makeup section.

There’s an handlebar mustache (which gives me Pringles vibes), a pencil mustache which is a lot more subtle, then there’s also an horseshoe mustache which hangs down around the mouth.

We are going to be getting a stunning, pink metallic harp (lyre) accessory, which we’ll be able to hold in our arms.

It’s so beautiful with a pink metallic finish, with curved accents and a crystal embellishment at the bottom.

It is popular in Greek mythology, so this Lyre is a nod to the Greek mythology Lana lore within the game.

In addition to the lyre/harp, we’re also getting some more Eros themed accessories within the game.

We are getting a bow and arrow and it looks like we can have the bow and arrow separately as a toggle, and then have the two items together, with the bowstring pulled taught, as if we’re going to fire the bow.

The Dress To Impress denim range is getting a revamp for all of the six denim pieces; bootcut jeans, wide leg jeans, skinny jeans, Capri jeans, jean shorts and the jean skirt.

They look so much better compared to how they used to look, and I love the attention to detail, like the pockets, the waistbands and buttons.

The shoulder bag in VIP has had a glow-up, with a new toggle.

It has a more chic design, but the new toggle is a denim effect casual bag with two long star charms. It looks more grunge than the original version.

The masculine bodies will now be allowed to wear the fishnet tights, as they couldn’t before, but it looks like they will have just two toggles, with the normal fishnets, and a ripped fishnet design.

In the promotional image, we can see some brand-new items which is very exciting. We can see:

• An adorable little pink and gold crown which sits on the left side of the model’s head.
• Brand new strappy heels, with ribbons around the ankles and little bows.
• More opaque stockings with frills around the top (could this be a rework of the existing stockings we already have?)
• Pink metallic basque or corset with a skirt (hopefully it’s a toggle we can switch on/off so we can have just the basque).
• Metallic arm cuffs.
• Layered pink necklace (this is completely different to the necklace shown in the image below of the brand new tiered pink and blue dress).
• Brand-new makeup – we can see a gorgeous winking face, which we definitely don’t already own (the eyes look similar to those of the New Year Magical Girl makeup set).
• New heart pattern eyeshadow.
• New tongue out mouth.

In this image, we can see a closer look at some of the new items launching.

First, we can see the arm cuffs, which appear to have layers of pearls with feathers or ruffles for a layered look – these will be amazing for layering.

We already have sleeves, but not cuffs like these. These ruffles also appear on the crown – could they be part of a matching set?

Talking about the crown, we can see the crown has pink ruffles at the bottom, gold metalwork, glitter accents on the metal and pink cushioning within the center of the crown.

We can also see the brand new pearl necklace. It’s pink (as the default), with three chains and a heart shaped pendant in the middle – how cute is this?

The layered pearls feature on the arm cuffs too.

Here’s a close-up of the new corset or basque (corset has laces at the back and a basque uses hook and eye fastening to fasten at the back), and it has an adorable heart cutout on the chest, with glitter details around the heart.

The edge of the corset/basque has the same ruffles as those on the crown, arm cuffs and crown, so I really do believe this will be a set, and possibly a currency set (like the Supernova set), as the ruffles are all matching.

I love this new makeup look. I guess it will be a pre-made face, with the winking eyes and tongue poking out lips, but I just hope these elements will be available individually for custom makeup gamepass holders.

There’s a pretty heart shape eyeshadow design on the eyes too, so hopefully that’ll be available via the “eyeshadow” section of the custom makeup options.

We can see the brand new gorgeous shoes that are launching in the update too.

They’re high heel pumps with pointed toes, and a pretty pink color with good glitter on the tips of the shoes.

The high heels have a pretty pink ribbon which wraps around the ankle in a crossover design, and ties with a cute little bow. They are just beautiful!

This pic also gives us a closer look at the brand new stockings with the frilly garter-like tops.

Next up, are seven brand new makeup looks launching within the update.

We can see three feminine faces (on the bottom row) and four masculine faces (on the top row), and StudioZac announced them by saying “Check out some of the new faces coming in the Valentines Update” – which suggests there are more makeup faces coming than these, as he said “some” of the new faces coming.

Some of these faces have been made by Lune, and some have been made by Dory. One of the faces (the red eyed vampire) is made my Mel.

I so hope the elements within these pre-made faces will be available for custom makeup gamepass holders, as they’re beautiful.

• Face 1 – masculine face with arched eyebrows, almond eyes, heavy blush and lipstick kiss marks all over the face.
• Face 2 – masculine face with straight eyebrows, oval-shaped brown eyes, ombre colored lips.
• Face 3 – masculine face with downturned brows, oval-shaped eyes, thin lips and blushed cheeks.
• Face 4 – masculine face with fox brows, pink colored almond-shaped eyes, amazing looking lips and a heart detail on the cheekbone.
• Face 5 – feminine face with thin arched red eyebrows, red colored cat-eye shaped eyes with black winged cat-eye eyeliner, long outer lashes and heart shaped eyeshadow look.
• Face 6 – feminine face with downturned bushy natural brows, green colored wide-eye oval-shaped eyes with long eyelashes and plump glossy lips.
• Face 7 – feminine face with subtle faint arched baby brows, straight nose, ombre plump lips and subtle blush/contour.

 

Look at this absolutely stunning scene (made by Owen aka Motoprincess), which is actually a brand-new gameplay mode.

We can see salon chairs spaced out across the back wall, with the chairs having a metallic pink glow-up, and there’s a sunken stage area in the center, surrounded by two step-up circles. I think this would be incredible for photo opportunities.

We can also see the game art from the Summer update in a frame next to the salon chairs, with a little console table underneath with a perfume bottle on the top.

In the center of the photo, we can see a heart shaped cut out in the wall, surrounded by Hollywood mirror-esque light bulbs, and a pink satin curtain.

We can also see two cameras on tripods – which again, would suggest this is going to be a good photo spot for those wanting to photograph their outfits.

Dress To Impress has announced a brand-new gameplay mode, called the Dress To Impress Style Showdown, which appears to be a hybrid of Drag Race meets Survivor, with four brand-new features;

• Double Elimination
• Immunity Idol
• Vote Reveal
• Speed Round

StudioZac did tell us that Dress To Impress was going to feel brand-new, and now we know why, how exciting are these four gameplay modes? Find out all about the Dress To Impress Style Showdown right here.

The two current DTI logos (the red and green Christmas logo and the blue and white winter logo) are getting replaced by the most beautiful, feminine Valentine’s Day logo.

The logo is going back to pink, like the original, but there are some Easter eggs hidden within the logo which could suggest what’s coming in this update.

We can see Eros The God Of Love firing his arrow, a quilted heart with chains (could this be a new bag?), two Greek mythology inspired pillars (which leans into the Lana lore within the Christmas Quest with the secret character of “O”, also Mount Olympus is in the logo too (again part of the Greek Mythology Lana Lore), ribbons and roses.

It looks like there might be a new pearl necklace as it features three times within the logo.

Another clothing sneak peek from the Dress To Impress Valentine’s Day Update 2025 is this stunning dress by developer Dion.

It’s a sleeveless dress with pink metal chains for straps that drape on the forearms.

The dress has a heart corsage on the chest, with a draped layer design, and a deep split on the legs.

In the photos, we can see the dress is pink and blue silk, with white lace accents.

Plus, there’s a lace-up corset detail on the top section below the heart corsage.

We can also see either a matching necklace, or a neck piece as part of the dress. Around the neck, there’s a row of three delicate chains connected at the front, with three dangling pendants.

The chains are the same design as the chains on the arms of the dress, so it really could be part of the dress, or a matching neck piece we could perhaps toggle on/off.

It’s SO beautiful, and I so hope that there are toggles where we can remove the skirt or remove the top, as it looks like it’d be such a versatile item.

We have had a sneak peek of the Dress To Impress Valentines Update runway.

We always get a new runway for the seasonal/event updates (like Winter and Halloween), and oh wow is the Valentine’s runway special.

The new runway has an intricate floral lace design, with a pink cobblestone border.

On each side of the runway, we can see a beautiful zen garden, complete with cherry blossom trees with falling petals.

There’s also pink metallic arches with drapes, and endless pink and white flowers.

I absolutely love the metallic lanterns that are dotted along the runway, it just looks so pretty and feminine.

There’s a very exciting confirmation that there are going to be over 200 new themes in the DTI Valentines update.

We only got 32 new themes in the Winter update, so the idea of getting over 200 new themes is absolutely insane.

I have to admit, I am so sick of seeing school related themes (there’s just too many), and it feels like some themes are repeated more than others.

Zac is asking us to fill in a Google Form, and tell DTI which themes we want to add, and which themes we want to vote to remove.

We have never had this many new themes in one go before – just wow.

Now let’s talk about poses. Last summer, the DTI team mentioned on the Discord, that duo poses were in the works.

Right now, we can sync poses when walking the runway in a duo, but there aren’t any interactive duo poses. Well, that’s about to change.

Back in November, a Discord member asked StudioZac when we’re going to be getting the “piggyback duo pose”, and Zac replied maybe the next update.

We obviously didn’t get any duo poses during the winter or new years updates, so they have kept the duo poses for the valentines update instead.

We have seen one guaranteed duo pose within the upcoming update, and it works for both the fem and masc bodies.

It’s a pose where one model is carrying the other, with the carried model laying down in the arms of the other model.

It’s really cute, and will elevate the duo feature on the runway.

We might also be getting the piggyback pose, and it’s likely there will be a number of duo interactive poses, as it’s possible, there will be a new duo pose pack that we can purchase with in-game currency to be able to use them.

Another potential new feature within the update is ears. If you look at the pose photos I’ve included above, the male models have ears, and they’re not wearing any earrings.

Usually, to get ears on the models, you have to put on a pair of earrings, otherwise your head will be earless.

In these images, we can see both the masc/fem bodies with ears, so maybe the model bodies will be tweaked to feature ears going forward, as part of this update?

Here’s a look at one of the new poses coming in a Valentine’s Pose Pack.

This pose shows the model sideways, with one hand on her hip, and the other below her mouth, and it’s an animated pose.

The model crouches down and blows a kiss, with a heart blowing from the mouth turning into animated heart shaped glitter.

This animated pose was created by VisuallyFX, and they were the person behind the animated winter poses in the “winter pose pack”.

We can see in this photo, what the cover picture will be for the pose pack, and a hint at what other poses will be included within this pose pack.

I wonder which other poses we will get within this new pose pack, how many poses there will be and how much will the DTI Valentine’s day pose pack be?

As well as the new duo poses, we know for sure that the Dress To Impress Valentines Update 2025 is going to include the permanent reintroduction of the new and improved granny dress.

The DTI granny dress returned as part of the Old Item Of The Week event, and when it returned (for just one week), everyone loved the new rework and toggles (shown above). And we’re gutted when it left the game again.

Well, it has been officially confirmed by BeaPlays, that the DTI Granny Dress will return in the Valentine’s Day update.

It will become a permanent item within the game, which is very exciting, as the new and improved version is amazing, and so versatile with all of the different top/skirt toggles.

Could the DTI Valentine’s Day update include a new scarf? This picture went viral on Twitter/X, as a player encountered a player without a name, and they weren’t moving, but they were wearing a brand-new scarf.

When people were asking who the player was, someone said it was probably an NPC used by the DTI team for testing, and we can see the scarf is tied on one side of the neck, with fur trim on both hanging sections of the scarf.

We already have two scarves within the game, one is a bundled up scarf under the chin, but that one is short with no fur trim, and the other is more of a decorative scarf, with two long thin hanging pieces of fabric, again with no fur.

Players were discussing the relief of having a scarf that doesn’t clip through clothes, like the other two, so let’s hope this is a sign of this scarf coming in the Valentine’s update.

Another improvement to the game in the Valentines update, is related to the lag issues many players experience.

Umoyae posted in the Discord, about the lag improvements regarding items and poses;

”In our upcoming Valentines update, our team is working diligently on reducing item lag, poses lag, and more! Please be patient with us, as this is a lengthy process.”

In reducing the lag, the DTI team are going to be launching  “chests” or “closets” to store seasonal items, once the event is over.

For example, an Halloween chest, a winter chest etc. This would allow us to go up to the chest, open it, and choose which item/s we want from it.

This would reduce lag within the game, but remains a fun way to use the seasonal items without making the game slower and more laggy.
