With the Dress To Impress Valentines Day Update 2025 launching on February 8th, we know we’re going to need some in-game currency, so we can purchase the brand-new currency items launching within the update.
But, how much currency do we need for the Dress To Impress Valentines Day Update?
We are also getting some new Robux items, sokKeep on reading to find out how much currency/Robux you’ll need – I will tell you exactly how much Robux you need.

How Much Currency Do We Need For The Dress To Impress Valentines Day Update?
For the last two updates (Lunar New Year and New Year updates), they were both small updates, but the Valentine’s Day update is said to be bigger than the Winter Update (but not bigger than the Halloween update).
The DTI Valentine’s Day Update 2025 launches February 8th, so we’re officially on a countdown now, and we don’t have long to wait, which is very exciting.
Now we have only a few hours left, it’s important to think about how much in-game currency we will need for purchasing items within the update.

When Zac was asked how much money we will need for the Valentine’s Update, he confirmed “a good chunk”, and we will need money to buy the one new pose pack, and the new currency items launching.

When asked how many pose packs we’re getting in the update, in a Zac Q&A on Discord, Zac said we are getting just one pose pack, and it’s the Valentine’s Pose Pack.
During the Winter update, we had two new pose packs to purchase:
- Winter Pose Pack ($7000)
- Emote Pose Pack ($4000)
The Valentine’s Pose Pack will contain at least one special FX pose (the blowing kisses animated pose), and the Winter Pose Pack from the Winter update also contained an animated pose, which is why it had a higher price tag of $7000.

We don’t know how many poses the new Dress To Impress Valentine’s Day Pose Pack will feature, but there are at least six poses.

I would anticipate that the Valentine’s Day Pose Pack from the new DTI update would be priced between $4000 and $7000, as it does contain at least one special FX pose, so I would recommend trying to farm enough in-game currency for that price estimation.

During the winter update, we didn’t get any in-game currency items. This was really strange because during the DTI Halloween Update, we got the following clothing/accessory items for in-game currency:
- Witch Set Skirt ($1000)
- Witch Set Corset ($1200)
- Witch Set Hat ($900)
- Witch Set Sleeves ($500)
- Acoustic Guitar ($1200)
- Skull Boots ($1500)
- Supernova Star Skirt ($1500)
- Supernova Star Corset ($1500)

There were a lot of complaints from players about the lack of currency items within the Winter update, and Zac has confirmed we are definitely getting some currency items in this update.
So, I would 100% recommend trying to farm currency between now and Saturday, February 8th, so you have enough currency to purchase these items and the one Valentine’s Day pose pack.

I genuinely believe that the Valentine’s Day outfit showcased in the promotional video for the DTI Valentine’s Day update, will be currency items.
When DTI shared the promotional video for the Halloween update, the model was wearing the Witches Hat, Witches Corset, Witches Boots and Witches Skirt, which were all currency items.
So, that would suggest that the outfit worn in the Valentine’s promotional video could also be currency items.
The items in the Valentine’s promotional video include;
- A small gold metal crown with a pink cushion and pink glitter accents with feathers.
- Strappy heels with ribbons wrapped around the ankles with bows and silver glitter on the toes.
- Stockings with ribbon garters around the top.
- Pink metallic basque or corset with a skirt.
- Metallic feather arm cuffs.
- Layered pink heart choker necklace.
It is possible some of these might not be currency items because in the Halloween update, the entire outfit was currency items, but the broom was not, so maybe the necklace or stockings might just be non-currency? That’s just a guess, though.

We are also getting the Dress To Impress Queen Of Hearts Set, which includes a pair of PVC stiletto platform boots, bootcut PVC lace-up pants, and a PVC lace-up corset.
We do know that this outfit is going to be Robux item, and not currency items.

Many people did wonder if this outfit would be a bit too revealing for younger players, so by making it Robux items, instead of in-game currency, means that it will only be available for those who want to spend cash on it.
How Much Robux Is The Dress To Impress Queen Of Hearts Set?
The Queen Of Hearts Set is going to be $399 Robux, and you can see it for sale on the Roblox website already, although they don’t recommend purchasing the item until the update, as the price could still change.
You can see the set for sale on Roblox right here, and the sale price of $399.

The total for the Halloween currency fashion items (no pose packs) was $10,300, so I would recommend trying to get between $5000 and $10,000 in the in-game currency between now and February 8th, to ensure you have enough currency for purchasing the Valentine’s Pose Pack (which is guaranteed to launch) and the potential currency items.
I’ll be sure to update this post as soon as there are any updates on how much in-game currency we need this for this update.
