What Time Does The Dress To Impress The Petal Update 2025 Launch?

April is going to be a super exciting month for Dress To Impress fans. We’ve already had the surprise April Fool’s Update on April 1st, and now we have a big spring update launching very, very soon.

It was a very quiet March, as we didn’t have anything new apart from Style Showdown launching March 1st, but apart from that, that’s all we had for the whole month.

Here is the official statement from the DTI team, to announce the new spring update, which they’ve affectionately named “The Petal Update“.

The Dress To Impress The Petal Update Spring is launching on Saturday, April 26th at 11:00 AM EDT/EST.

The April Fool’s Update confused everyone (I had a lot of emails from readers confused why the time was different), as it launches two hours later than updates usually launch, but I think that was because it was a weekday update, when DTI updates usually always drop on Saturdays.

So, we are back to the usual time of 11:00 AM EDT/EST on the 26th of April 2025.

Let’s take a look at what’s coming in the DTI Spring Petal Update…

We know that the Dress To Impress Spring Petal Update is going to include a brand new shop, which is where we buy poses, currency items, holiday patterns and makeup packs etc, and it’s getting a whole new revamp.

Now, could this mean new items for all those categories? We know we are definitely getting new animated walks, new idles and new jumps, and new poses (hello Tate McRae dance pose and duo poses – finally?? Maybe??).

Motoprincess (Owen) gave us a sneak peek of three items coming, and they’re this beautiful-themed trio, which have a Tudor style.

There’s a jeweled headband, a staff and a hand mirror.

We don’t know if these are: currency, code items or quest rewards, only time will tell.

Random, but we’re also getting a graduation cap. I think this will be handy for multiple themes, and I hope it layers well.

It will definitely help with the graduation theme, as we have to improvise right now.

We all thought we were getting the Butterfly Heels in the April Fool’s update with the code BADDIE4LIFE, but it was a prank, and we got the ugliest chicken feet.

Well, Zac has confirmed we are going to get the real butterfly heels “soon”, so that could well be during the Petal Update – they definitely suit a spring, pastel petal aesthetic.
