The sunrise or sunset theme in Dress To Impress is fun, because we can be super creative. If you like doing gradient outfits, it’s the perfect opportunity to do gradient outfits to represent a sunrise or sunset.
I don’t like doing gradient outfits myself, but I’ve created three different outfits inspired by sunsets or sunrises, and you can see all three by scrolling down…
For my first outfit, I used the color ffaf54 for the entire outfit (so I won’t keep repeating it), my hair and skintone, for a golden hour glow effect.
For this outfit, I started with the non-VIP bow heels in silk, layered with the VIP chunky gray heels on toggle “default”.
Next, for the skirt, I opted for the Withered Rose Dress (currency) on “only skirt” and silk.
Then I chose the Strawberry Dress (currency) on “top only” toggle, in silk all over, and c87516 for the second section.
Underneath that dress, I used the Beige Dress (currency) on toggle “2”.
On to accessories, I used the Spiked Flower Crown with the spikes removed, and silk for all three sections, the non-VIP chain choker necklace in ffaf54 and b57d3c, and finishing with the VIP petal update butterfly sleeves in ff941c and ff951d.
Next up, I did a gold and deep red outfit, starting with the non-VIP bow heels in silk, glitter and silk, in the colors 490708, 3a0607 and 490708.
For the dress, I layered the Witch Skirt (currency) in silk, 490708 and 3b0607, with the non-VIP heart cutout dress underneath, and made silk and 490708, so it blended into the skirt, to look like an all-in-one dress.
I chose the white puffy sleeves from non-VIP in silk and 490708, combined with the puffy black sleeves in silk and 490708 for both sections.
On the head, I chose the new non-VIP petal update flower crown, made smaller, and moved backwards, colored ce7917 for all five sections.
For the accessories, I used the small hoop earrings in 490708, the Vintage Mini Dress Choker (currency) in silk and 490708, and the non-VIP layered necklace on toggle “1”, colored 490708, ce7817 and 490708.
This is my favorite of three outfits, and I used two colors for dusk, and chose d4aab3 and c65f58 for a dusk-inspired outfit.
Starting off, I used the Valentine’s Chest heart heels in d4aab3 and c65f58.
I used the Myra Magical Girl Top (currency) with bow, lace and undershirt toggles switched off, made silk and colored d4aab3, d4aab3, c65f58 and c65f58, combined with the Butterfly Top in silk and d4aab3.
I added the puffy black sleeves, in silk and d4aab3, c65f58 and c65f58.
For the skirt, I started with the Everlasting Love Dress (Currency) on “skirt only” and in c65f58. I used the VIP petal update mesh skirt in d4aab3, c65f58, c65f58 and c65f58, with the VIP jellyfish skirt in d4aab3.
Lastly, for the accessories, I used the belly chain in c65f58, the non-VIP choker in c65f58, and the non-VIP layered necklace in c65f58, c65f58 and c65f58.
