Metamorphosis is one of the newest themes within Dress To Impress, and the theme description is “you’re becoming your ideal self”.
Usually, metamorphosis relates to butterflies and their hatching process, so I created three butterfly themed outfits, which would work for this theme. Keep on scrolling to see them…

I did a purple butterfly for my first DTI Metamorphosis outfit, and started with the new bow heels, colored a45ee5, 7b47ac and a55fe6.
For the wings, I used the butterfly wings from VIP in 7b47ac, 5a337d, 3b2253 and 7b47ac, mixing foil, glitter and silk materials, to make the wings look 3D.
For the skirt, I used the new VIP Petal update skirt in 7b47ac, a55fe6, a45ee5 and a55fe6.
On the arms, I used both the Myra Magical Girl Sleeves and Gloves (both currency) and colored them 7b47ac, 7b47ac, 7b47ac, a55fe6, a55fe6 and a55fe6.
I used the Everlasting Love Dress (currency) on the “skirt only” toggle, and colored 7c47ad. Then, I added the drop earrings from the Valentine’s chest, and colored them 7b47ac.
Next, I used the Withered Rose Choker in 7b47ac, a45ee5, 7c47ad, a45ee5, 7c47ad and a55fe6. With the new butterfly prop with the “on head” toggle, and removed toggles for eyebrow, head and mouth, colored bb55ff.
I added the Ice Queen Sleeves on toggle “1” and colored 7c47ad for all three sections.
For the top, I layered two tops, with the new crisscross crop top 7b47ac, a45ee5 and 492a66. With the Cupid’s Prodigy Top over the top with toggle “default” after removing the veil, jewels and layer, and coloring it 7c47ad and a55fe6.

My second Dress To Impress Metamorphosis Theme outfit is a teal glitter number.
I used the VIP butterfly heels on “shoes only” toggle, and made them glitter for both sections and the colors 0c6868 and 8cc2bb. Teamed with the tights, which I made glitter and the color 0c6868 to match the shoes.
For the skirt, I used the Withered Rose Skirt (currency), in the “skirt only” toggle, and made glitter all over, and colored 0c6868, 0c6868 and 8dc3bc.
I used two items from the Moongazer Set (Robux), starting with the Moongazer sleeves colored 0c6868, then the Moongazer Crown made smaller with the adjustment feature, and colored 0c6969 for all four sections.
Also, on the head I added the antlers from VIP, made them much smaller and colored 0c6969 to match the crown.
For the wings, I used the non-VIP wings, in 0c6868 and 8dc3bc, and the Witch Sleeves (currency), in glitter and 0c6868 for both sections.
I added the Myra Magical Girl Top, removing the bow, lace, undershirt, undershirt and gem, making it glitter and 0c6868 for both sections.
Lastly, I added both the top and skirt from the Supernova Skirt Set, but used the toggle for both to just add the ruffles, and colored them 8cc2bb and 0c6868 for the shoulder ruffle, and 0c6868 for all four sections of the skirt ruffle.

I went for a tiger butterfly for my third and final Dress To Impress Metamorphosis outfit.
Starting with the butterfly wings from VIP, mixing the tiger stripe pattern with black.
For the dress, I used the floor length glitter gown from VIP, made silk and with the tiger stripe pattern. I added the Withered Rose Dress (currency) on the “only skirt” toggle, using the tiger pattern for the first two sections, and then black for the lace.
With the VIP asymmetrical skirt added, in silk, and the same tiger pattern, and the Moongazer Skirt (Robux) in the same tiger pattern.
I added the Butterfly Top in silk and tiger print, and the pink puffy sleeves from non-VIP in silk and the same pattern. For gloves, I used the VIP lace gloves in silk and tiger print, but you could use the non-VIP gloves with the fur removed for an identical look.
For accessories, I used the VIP antlers made a lot smaller, and made black, the non-VIP choker in black and the butterfly prop on “finger” in ff951d.
