We are just two weeks away from the big Dress To Impress Spring The Petal Update, which is launching April 26th.
We’ve had lots of new sneak peeks of items or features that are going to launch during the update, and today, we’ve had a sneak peek of four adorable new poses.
Whenever there’s a big seasonal update, we always get at least one pose pack, and during the Valentine’s update, we got just the one pose pack; the Valentine’s Pose Pack, and that contained 13 poses, and cost $6000.
The DTI team haven’t yet commented on whether the Valentine’s Pose Pack will disappear when the Spring Update launches, but I genuinely believe it will, as the Winter Pose Pack left as soon as the Valentine’s Update arrived.
For the Dress To Impress The Petal Update, we are getting a whole new shop, plus new animated walks, animated jumps and animated idles, and it has been confirmed that they’re going to be currency items, and now we know we’re getting a new pose pack too.
The Dress To Impress Spring Update Pose Pack hasn’t had its name revealed yet, but I expect it’ll be named the Spring Pose Pack, as we got the Winter Pose Pack in the winter update, and the Valentine’s Pose Pack in the Valentine’s Update, so it makes sense that they’d call the spring poses a spring pose pack.
Let’s take a look at the poses we’re getting in the update…
The first pose is simply adorable, and it’s a cross-legged pose with the model using two fingers on each hand as rabbit ears on her head.
How cure is this bunny rabbit pose? I think people are going to love this pose. I don’t think we have any other cross-legged poses right now, but a bunny ear pose is just adorable.
The next pose is a sitting on the floor pose with the model’s legs stretched out like she’s doing the splits, and the model has her head in both her hands, with her elbows on the floor.
This is such a weird pose, and I can’t think of any occasion, theme or runway moment anyone would want this pose. The only thing I can think of, is using it for picking up currency from the floor, but it’s, ehrm, weird.
Our next pose is really cute, and will be super popular as it will perfect for when you want to take photos of your outfits, or for the runway in Style Showdown.
The model has her legs crossed with her right leg crossed over the left leg, and she has her right hand on her hip, and her left hand is splayed on her chest, like she’s showing off her nails or something, but it’s really sweet and versatile.
The fourth and final pose we’ve had a sneak peek for, from the Dress To Impress Spring Update is another kneeling pose, and we already have one of those in the winter pose pack (Desperado).
In this pose, the model is kneeling on the floor with her right hand outstretched on the floor, and she is leaning back slightly and her left hand is on her chest.
We are all hoping that the DTI Spring Update is finally the update we get the duo poses we’ve been promised since before Halloween, so maybe we’ll get those too?
We do know that Zac was working on a Tate McRae animated dance pose, so maybe that’s going to be part of this pose pack, or maybe even another? If we get any more pose sneak peaks, I’ll be sure to update this post.
