3 Outfit Ideas For The Dress To Impress Safari Vacation Theme

If you’re looking for some outfit ideas for the safari vacation theme within Dress To Impress, I have you covered.

I’ve created three different outfits which would work for this theme, with a theme description of “neutral tones, lots of patterns, watch out for that cheetah!”, and keep on reading to see those outfits…

For my first outfit, I went for a full-on giraffe, which is made so much easier thanks to the new sheep accessories to make the giraffe hooves. I love this outfit, and the new and improved giraffe pattern makes it so much easier.

I started by coloring my skin ffaf54, and added the sheep hooves from the non-VIP petal display, and the first section I colored cc8c44 and the second section 5d4b3d.

On my head, I used the sheep horns, and the accessory adjustment feature to make them bigger to look like giraffe ossicones (their “horns”), and it’s a shame you can’t use patterns on the sheep horns, but I colored them 846b57.

I wanted big ears, like a giraffe, and the sheep ears are too droopy, so I layered two ears, starting with the wolf ears and colored them a06e35 for both sections. I wanted to cover up the fluff inside the wolf ears, so I also added the cat ear headband, and colored them a06e35 all over.

The last item on the head is the skull cap hat, and I used the new giraffe pattern on it.

Now, onto the outfit, I started with the new Western Chaps (currency) and used toggle 2, to remove the fringe detail, and used the giraffe pattern all over.

To cover up the bare leg section on the chaps, I added the Lana mini skirt from non-VIP, and made it the giraffe pattern, and it covered it up perfectly.

Next, I added the tights and used the giraffe pattern on them for seamless legs.

I then added the Kissy Lips Bodysuit (currency) on toggle “2” and remove the “kiss” mark, and used the giraffe pattern, finishing with the pink standalone sleeves from the display with the fishnets and tights, and added the giraffe pattern.

My next Dress To Impress Safari Vacation outfit is a tourist on vacation, starting with the ankle boots from non-VIP, and I made them matte all over and the color bd9377 for the first four sections, and ensuring the socks toggle is on, and making the socks (the last toggle) white ffffff.

I then added the denim shorts, used the denim material and made them a9d7ff and a9d7ff. With the thin waist belt in ffffff and fdc3a8.

Next, I used the VIP shirt and tie set on the mannequin near the pink hoody (which was recently redesigned) and chose the brand new toggle “2” which gives you a white shirt, perfect for vacation.

Onto accessories, I added the new Western Hat (currency) and made it leather all over and the color fcc2a7 for every section. Lastly, I added the crossbody bag, made it leather, and the color fcc2a7, to match the hat.

My third and final Dress To Impress Safari Vacation outfit is another tourist outfit. I used the same ankle boots for this outfit too, and I chose matte material all over, and chose the color 8e6e5c.

For the trousers, I went for cargo pants, by choosing the baggy jeans, and choosing the pockets toggle, and then making them leather material and the color fdc3a8 all over.

For the waist, I added the chunky belt from non-VIP, making it 8d6d5b and a57f27.

I used the cowboy hat from non-VIP, made it leather and colored it fcc2a7 and bc9276.

Then, I added the camera, and colored the first four sections white ffffff, and made the last section foil and color bebebe to look like a camera lens.

For the top, I started with the Strawberry Dress (Currency) on the “top only” toggle, and made it white all over ffffff. I also added the plain tank top from non-VIP (on the bottom shelf of the tops) and made it white, to cover up more of the stomach area.

As you’d want to cover your arms on safari because of the mosquitos, I added the white sleeves from the mannequin with the white bodycon dress (above the heart cut-out dress) and made them matte and white.

Lastly, for the accessories, I added the neck scarf and made it leather and c9a183, and then the backpack on toggle “2” so it’s hanging off only one shoulder, and I made the bag leather all over the colored: bc9276, bc9276, 8d6d5b and 8d6d5b.

That made me lol! I wish we could use the hooves without the weird arm fluff though, that would be so much better πŸ˜‚
